Our story

Our story

The character on our sign is 薑, ginger: the root that turns up in nearly every kitchen from Sichuan to Bangkok to Tokyo.

Khingpar cooks across that whole map. Sichuan pepper and mala heat from western China, soup dumplings from Shanghai, Thai curries and basil, Indonesian nasi goreng, and from Japan a sushi counter, a charcoal robata grill and a teppanyaki plate.

The bar follows the same route, with sake, Japanese whisky, yuzu and lychee in the glass. Find us off Huskur Road in Electronic City Phase II, and come for a basket of dim sum and a cocktail, or stay for the full spread.
